Pick one Claude plan, not both. Max is a personal subscription for solo users — no seat minimum, usage-heavy, starts at ~£80/month. Team is commercial, minimum 5 seats, training prohibition in contract — floor ~£80/year on Team standard annual billing. Linear is £0 on Free (up to 2 teams and 250 active issues); Basic is ~£77/user/year. Webventurer does not host any apps — they run on your infrastructure from day one.
Year two (if you continue past week 3) is your tool subscriptions plus ad-hoc Stage 3 support at £1k/day as needed.
