Example: Story card

A worked example of a story card in Linear, written against the issue template. This story is one of the eight sub-issues under Example: Epic card — fully filled in so the shape of each section is visible. See Epics and stories for how stories sit beneath epics.

The example uses the same fictional fruit-catalogue project as the epic mock-up so the two pages read as one continuous worked example.

Compared with the epic example, the story is tactical: it names the model fields, the rendering behaviour, and the verification steps. The epic carries no implementation detail — that's the deliberate split. The strategic frame lives on the epic; AI-implementable detail lives on each sub-issue.
